At Pacer Virtual Challenges, we want you to be fully satisfied with your journey; if your medal arrives damaged or your apparel doesn't fit, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items. Please note that digital entry codes and completed challenge rewards are generally non-refundable once processed.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original packaging, unworn, and within the 30-day window from the date of delivery.

• 2.
  Submit a Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the item if it is defective or damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship Your Item

  Once approved, pack your item securely and use the provided return shipping label to send the package back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After we inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange size within 5-7 business days.
